On Sunday, March 30th, two of our outstanding SJA students, Oyinda Adeoye and Andrew Jackson, were honored at a special prayer service at the Cathedral Basilica of the Sacred Heart in Newark. The ceremony celebrated their accomplishments as student-athletes, and both were recognized as our CYO Athletes of the Year for their dedication to athletics, strong academic performance, and exemplary sportsmanship.

Oyinda proudly represented SJA as a member of our CYO volleyball team, track team, and as a competitive cheerleader, while Andrew has been a devoted basketball player for SJA since second grade.

We are also proud to share that Mrs. Lancellotti, parent of 8th grader Frankie Lancellotti, was honored as our CYO Volunteer of the Year for her many years of tireless support and organization of our track program.

We are incredibly proud of Oyinda, Andrew, and Mrs. Lancellotti for their leadership, commitment, and the way they represent the spirit of our school community!
