A heartfelt thank you to all who participated in our third annual Family Engineering Night on Friday, April 4th! Held in the Sr. Donna Marie Auditorium, the event was an evening filled with curiosity, collaboration, and creativity. The students of the SJA STEM Club brought enthusiasm to the night, leading activities and welcoming guests with joy and confidence. It was truly wonderful to see so many SJA families gathered together, enjoying quality time through hands-on learning and exploration. From crafting and planting flowers to building and racing cardboard boats across a floating pool, students engaged in a variety of STEM-inspired challenges. There was LEGO free play, problem-solving stations, estimation games, and even a chance to get messy making oobleck. We were especially excited to welcome some new families who will be joining us this fall. One new family shared, “It certainly exceeded our expectations!”—a sentiment that captures the spirit of the evening perfectly. Thank you to the dedicated teachers, students, and parent volunteers who helped make this special event possible, both in preparation and cleanup. Your commitment to our school community is deeply appreciated, and events like these would not be possible without your support.
