In an evening brimming with excitement and possibilities, Saint John the Apostle School welcomed families from our school community and the surrounding neighborhoods to the Archdiocese of Newark High School Expo. Held on Thursday evening, September 28th, in the Sister Donna Marie Auditorium, the event served as a comprehensive guide for families interested in Catholic high school education.
The expo was a vibrant showcase of the academic excellence and holistic development offered by the Archdiocese of Newark Catholic high schools. Attendees delved into various aspects of high school life, gaining valuable insights into academics, extra-curricular activities, and the profound integration of faith into education.
The event was attended by over 50 SJA families, as well as families from neighboring communities, all eager to explore the enriching opportunities offered by Catholic high schools.
We were honored to have our Superintendent, Barbara Dolan, attending the event. It was especially heartwarming to see recent alumni return to their elementary school to promote the high schools they now attend. Their presence served as a testament to the enduring impact of an SJA education.
Saint John the Apostle School expresses its gratitude to all attendees and participating schools. The event was a resounding success, providing families with the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about their child’s future education.
